In spite of the matters are being pending for more than 22 years and listed thrice since 22.12.2022, there is no representation for the appellants. When the matters were called on 02.02.2023, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants was not ready to conduct the matters and hence, this Court specifically recorded the disinclination of the appellants to conduct the appeals and posted the appeals under the caption "for dismissal" on 08.02.2023.
