JUDGMENT

This Appeal Suit has been filed against the Judgment and decree of the Sub Court, Pattukkottai dated, 16.04.1992 passed in O.S.No. 24 / 90 (originally O.S.No.228 of 86 Munsif Court, Pattukkottai and transferred to Sub Court, Pattukkottai as per order dated, 16.02.1990 in O.P.No.204 of 89, District Court, Thanjavur).

2. This appeal suit is of the year 2001. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order, dated 08.02.2007 has dismissed the appeal for non appearance.

3. Today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, in the absence of any representation it is not known whether any restitution application is filed for restoration of appeal on file. From the order copy, dated 08.02.2007 and the case status filed by the Registry along with the order copy, it is seen that the appeal was dismissed on 08.02.2007 and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this appeal.
