Prayer:Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the Judgement and Decree of the learned Principal District Judge, Dindigul, Anna District, dated 31.01.1997 made in A.S.No.50 of 1995, reversing the Judgement and Decree of the learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, dated 24.06.1994 in O.S.No.1075 of 1989.

ORDER:- This Second Appeal is coming on for hearing on this day,upon perusing the grounds of appeal, the judgment and decrees of both the Courts and the earlier order of this Hon'ble Court dated 22/12/2022 and also the letter in D.No.81/2024, dated 03/01/2024 of the Principal District Judge, Dindigul, this Court made the following order:

"For the reasons stated in the letter dated 15/12/2023 of the Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, the time stipulated under order dated 22/12/2022in S.A.No.1274 of
