Since the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the sole appellant died even in the year 2018, the appeal is pending from the year 1998, no steps has been taken.

2. The sole appellant died in the year 2018 and within 90 days the appellants ought to have taken steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, but they have failed to bring the legal representatives on record within 90 days. Therefore, the appeal got abated. No costs.
