JUDGMENT

This appeal has been listed today under the caption ''for extension of time'' to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.266 of 1991 pending on the file of the District Munsif, Aranthangi.

2. The learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, has sent a letter in D.No.287 of 2026/A dated 20.01.2026, requesting extension of further time to dispose of O.S.No.266 of 1991, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 29.05.2025 2/4

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above suit. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the suit in O.S.No.266 of 1991 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
