When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.04.2023, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants reported 'no instructions' and submitted that has already filed a Memo dated 20.02.2023 to that effect. Therefore, the Registry was directed to remove the name of the counsel on record for the appellants.
