C O M M O N J U D G M E N T The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that in spite of repeated reminders, the appellant has not turned up to give instruction in the second appeal and the transfer appeal suit. Hence, he reported no instruction from his client. It appears that the appellant in the second appeal and the transfer appeal suit has no interest in prosecuting these appeals. Therefore, both the Second Appeal and the Transfer Appeal Suit are dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
