JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant. From the cause list, it reveals that the sole respondent died. In the Memo dated 27.02.2019 filed by the learned counsel for the respondent, it has been stated that the sole respondent died on 02.11.2007. However, so far no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent. Therefore, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
