JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the appellant. The learned counsel for the respondent is present. In the cause list, it has been stated that the sole appellant died. The respondent's counsel has also filed a Memo dated 03.07.2015 in which the Death Certificate of the appellant has also been enclosed which shows that the sole appellant died on 16.11.2012. However, no steps have been taken to implead the legal representatives of the sole appellant so far. Hence, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.
