JUDGMENT

This second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.140 of 1997 dated 22.11.2001 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Kuzhithurai, reversing the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.100 of 1983 dated 28.07.1997 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif, Kuzhithurai.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellants submitted that all the appellants died 1 1⁄2 years back.
