No appearance COMMON JUDGMENT When the matters came up for hearing on last occasion, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant in all the appeals submitted that he has sent a letter to his client, however, the same returned with an endorsement 'left' and sought time to get appropriate instruction from the

lower Court counsel. Therefore, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the appellant as well as the name of the appellant counsel in the cause list and list the matter on 18.08.2023.

2. As per the direction of this Court, the name of the appellant as well as the appellant counsel is printed in the cause list today. However, neither the appellant nor the appellant counsel is present, which shows that the appellant is not interested to prosecute with the appeals.
