J U D G M E N T

When the matter was came up for hearing on 23.02.2018, it is reported that sole appellant died, therefore, four weeks time was granted for taking steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant, but, till date, no steps have been taken. Once the sole appellant died, if steps have not been taken within 90 days, the appeal will be abated automatically.

2. In this case, till date no steps have been taken and hence, this appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
