JUDGMENT

It is reported by the learned counsel for the appellant that the sole appellant died on 12.02.2007 and in spite of his best efforts the Legal Representatives of the deceased sole appellant are not coming forward to prosecute the Second Appeal.

In the circumstances, the Second Appeal is already abated long back and also in view of the fact that the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant are stated to have been not interested to prosecute the Second Appeal, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated.
