Prayer : Appeal filed under Section 100 of Civil Procedure Code to set aside the judgment and decree dated 02.04.2001 in A.S.No.4 of 2000 on the file of the Additional District Court, Dindigul reversing the judgment and decree dated 16.09.1999 in O.S.No.671 of 1997 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif's Court, Dindigul.

ORDER:- This Second Appeal is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "For Reporting Compliance" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 20.10.2022 and 28.04.2023 and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.Sivathilakar, Advocate for the Appellants, this Court made the following order:- 1/3

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that A.S.No.4 of 2000 has already been disposed of. Therefore, no further extension of time is required.

2. In view of the above submission, no orders required to be passed in this matter.

3.Registry is directed not to list the matter.

4. However, in the event, if the lower Court was not able to dispose of the appeal within the extended period, i.e., as per the order of this Court dated 28.04.2023, then further time of four months from today is granted for disposal of the said appeal suit.
