JUDGMENT
This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 10.04.2002 and made in A.S.No.48 of 2001 on the file of Principal District Court, Pudukkottai reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 25.09.2000 and made in O.S.No.260 of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the sole appellant died and steps have not been taken within the period of limitation as stipulated. 3.In view of the above, this second appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
