JUDGMENT

Since Mr.V.Bharathidasan, learned counsel who appeared for the appellants has been elevated as Judge, Elevation Memo was sent to the appellants and the same was also served on the appellants on 30.11.2021 itself.

2. Inspite of the receipt of Elevation Memo, no steps were taken by the appellants either to appear before this Court or to engage a counsel, which shows that the appellants are not interested to prosecute with the appeal. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
