JUDGMENT
When the second appeal was taken up for hearing on 07.06.2024, there was no representation for the appellants. Hence, in order to give an opportunity to the appellants, Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 11.06.2024.
2. On 11.06.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants appeared before this Court and made a request for short adjournment. At his request, the matter was adjourned to 14.06.2024 [ie., today] with a direction to Registry to list it under the same caption.
