Though the respondents 1 and 2, who are the plaintiffs in the suit, are the contesting respondents, till date, the appellants have not taken any steps to serve notice on them. It shows that the appellants are not interested in pursuing this appeal. Therefore, this Court has no other option except to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. Accordingly, this Second Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
