JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree, dated 25.02.2003 made in A.S.No.83 of 2001 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruchirapalli, reversing the Judgment and Decree, dated 29.03.2000 made in O.S.No.1597 of 1989 on the file of II Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirapalli.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant died on 01.08.2024 and no steps have not been taken within the stipulated time. He has filed the death certificate to the said effect.

3.Recording the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed. 23.01.2025 1/3 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No RJR
