JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that he has sent a letter to the appellant and the same returned on 17.04.2023 with an endorsement 'deceased'.
2. Till date, the learned counsel for the appellant has not taken any steps to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
