JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the appellant has handed over the possession of the suit 'A' schedule property, which is the subject matter of the appeal to the respondents and the same was also accepted and acknowledged by the respondents. Therefore, he would submit that the issue in the subject matter has been amicably sorted out between the parties. The learned counsel has also filed a Memo dated 18.08.2023 to that effect.
2. Since the issue has been amicably settled between the parties, there is no necessity to proceed further with the appeal. Therefore, by recording the Memo dated 18.08.2023, this Second Appeal is disposed of. Memo dated 18.08.2023 shall form part and parcel of the decree. No costs.
