JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal is filed by the plaintiff aggrieved by the order of the learned Appellate Court dismissing the suit filed by the plaintiff.

2. This matter earlier came up for consideration on 13.10.2023 as there was no representation for the appellant and hence, the same was directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal. When the matter was listed again on 30.01.2024, once again there was no representation for the appellant. Hence, the matter was once again directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal.

3. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption for dismissal no representation for the appellant either in pre-lunch or post-lunch session.

4. Taking into consideration of the fact that this Second Appeal is of the year 2003, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter further.

5. In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except
