JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that the first appellant has passed away and when he requested other appellants to provide the legal representatives details of the deceased

first appellant, they have not provided so. Therefore, the learned counsel reported 'no instructions'.

2. Even though the learned counsel for the appellants requested the appellants 2 to 5 to to provide appropriate details, they have not done so, which shows that the appellants 2 to 5 are not interested to prosecute the appeal. In view of the same, the Second Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
