JUDGMENT

Learned counsel, who filed this second appeal, is no more. Hence, this Court ordered notice to the sole appellant by RPAD. The same was returned by the postal authorities with an endorsement "not known". There is no one to prosecute this second appeal. It is also not known whether the appellant is still alive or not. In the circumstances, this Court is left with no other option except to close the matter for the present, leaving it open to the appellant herein or in case, if the appellant is no more, the legal representatives of the appellant to pursue the second appeal, if they still intend to pursue the same by filing appropriate application for re-open of the same.

2. Accordingly, this Second Appeal is closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
