This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 31.10.2002 passed by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Thenkasi in A.S.No.20 of 2002 reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 01.11.2001 passed by Principal District Munsiff, Thenkasi in O.S.No.211 of 1996 praying to allow the second appeal and to set aside the judgment and decree dated 31.10.2002 passed by the Subordinate Judge, Thenkasi.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the appellants. The appellant remained absent for the third time. 3.In view of the above, this Second Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
