JUDGMENT
Mr.N.Vanchinathan, learned counsel for the appellants passed away. Hence, this Court ordered notice to the appellants. Accordingly, the Registry sent notice to the appellants, however, the notice sent to the first appellant was returned with an endorsement as "left without instruction" and the notice sent to the second appellant was returned with an endorsement as "deceased".
