JUDGMENT
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.08.2023, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole appellant has passed away long before and he came to know about his death only recently.
2. Today, the learned counsel for the appellant submitted that though he has sent letter to the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant, they have neither provided details nor responded to the letter.
3. The sole appellant has passed away long before. However, till date, the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant have not taken any steps to implead themselves as appellants in the appeal.
