This Second Appeal has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 04.09.2002 passed in A.S.No.255 of 2001 on the file of Principal Subordinate Judge's Court, Madurai reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 09.10.2001 passed in O.S.No.71 of 2001 on the file of District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk.
