2. Accordingly, this matter is listed today under the caption "for dismissal" by printing the name of the appellants in the cause list. Despite the same, there is no representation on the side of the appellants.

3. Learned counsel for the third respondent would submit that the dispute between the parties has been settled amicably and that may be the reason for the appellants' non-appearance in this matter.

4. In view of the above, this second appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
