2.Today(04.09.2024), when this second appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and therefore, the appellant is not inclined to prosecute this second appeal. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
