These writ petitions are listed today under the caption "For being mentioned".

2. It is reported that there are eighteen

(18) respondents in W.P.(MD)No.1440 of 2015. However, in the order dated 20.01.2025 in W.P. (MD)No.1440 of 2015, fifteen respondents alone were mentioned and the remaining three respondents were omitted to be mentioned. Therefore, this mistake has to be rectified.

3. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to include the name of the respondents 16 to 18, namely, A.Perumal (R16), Balasubramanian (R17) and A.Rama Moorthy (R18), in the cause title of the order dated 20.01.2025 in W.P.(MD)No. 1440 of 2015 and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned, after carrying out the necessary corrections.
