This appeal is listed today under the caption 'for withdrawal' on the basis of the letter dated 25.11.2022 given by the learned counsel for the appellants.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the appellants submitted that the appellants 1, 3 and 6 have passed away and the Death Certificates for the appellants 1, 3 and 6 are circulated. The rest of the appellants wants to withdraw this appeal and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the letter dated 25.11.2022, this Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
