This Second Appeal has been filed against the Decree and Judgment of the Court of the Additional District Fast Track Judge, Ramanathapuram, made in A.S.No.90 of 1999, dated 30.04.2002 confirming the Decree and Judgment of

the Court of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Mudukulathur made in O.S.No.250 of 1995, dated 30.04.1999.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the appellant. The appellant remained absent for the second time.

3. In view of the above, this second appeal is dismissed for default. No costs.
