ORDER:- This Second Appeal coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 19/08/2024 and the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram vide the letter in D.No.819 of 2025 dated 02.07.2025, and upon appearing of Mr.M.S. Parthiban, Advocate for the Appellant this Court made the following order:
