J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the matter has become infructuous and the amount has already been settled between the parties by the subsequent purchaser of the said land and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

2. If the property has been sold to the third party and the third party has become the consumer, the Electricity Board is directed to mutate

the said name of the appellant and incorporate the new consumer name and issue appropriate proceedings regarding this.

3. In view of the above, this second appeal is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No 20.08.2024 am To 1.The Sub-Court, Palani.
