ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.Mahadevan, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.AL.Vijeydevaraj for first respondent,fourth to six respondent and none appeared for 7th respondent and Second respondent and third respondent died,and eighth to fourteenth respondent given up, this Court made the following order: A report has been received from the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai, to the effect that R.A.No.95 of 1973 on his file has been dismissed for default on 20.11.2023.
