ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) The review applicant herein filed W.P.(MD)No.67 of 2009 challenging the adverse orders passed by Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board and the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board. The Honorable Division Bench declined to grant relief to the review applicant. It held that the writ petition itself was not maintainable vide order dated 13.04.2009. Paragraph No.4 of the said order reads as follows:- "4.The Pollution Control Board, in its counter, mentioned that the petitioner-Unit has not complied even the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6158 of 2008, in giving explanation to the impugned proceedings dated 18.06.2008. Secondly, the petitioner-Unit has not till date, applied for consent to operate the unit. Thirdly, the petitioner2/4

Unit has not taken any steps to establish Effluent Treatment Plant. So, unless these three conditions are complied with, the restoration of electricity connection is not possible." 2.We do not find any error apparent on the face of the record.
