2. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the Execution Petition itself was dismissed on 31.01.2023. He would submit that liberty may be granted to him, if any restoration petition is filed by the respondent before the concerned Court.

3. Granting liberty to the petitioners, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions stand closed. No costs.
