JUDGMENT

(By G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) Even though the writ petitioner had succeeded before the learned Single Judge, she could not enjoy the fruits of the order since TRB filed this writ appeal.

2.When the matter was taken up for final disposal, it was submitted that the writ petitioner is now aged about 64 years. Therefore, no relief can be granted to her. The order of the learned Single Judge is set aside and the writ appeal is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
