J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge, dated 18.09.2015, passed in W.P.(MD) No.19297 of 2013.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Electricity Board, on instructions, submitted that the High Tension Electricity Transmission Line Project has been completed during 2016 itself and it is in operational.

3. In view of the above submission, the relief sought for by the appellant / writ petitioner in the writ petition to forbear the respondent - Electricity Board from drawing high tension electricity transmission line over her land became vanished. Thus, we do not find any reason to reconsider the issues on hand.

4. Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. [S.M.S., J.] [V.L.N., J.] 12.10.2023 NCC :
