ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 18.04.2015 passed in CMA No.3 of 2013 on the file of the II Additional Sub Court, Dindigul, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 05.07.2012 passed in E.A.No.14 of 2009 in E.A.No.9 of 2008 in E.P.No.267 of 2007 in O.S.No.563 of 2003 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 25.02.2025, this Court has directed the revision petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as cost to the second respondent on or before 17.03.2025.

3. In continuation of the order dated 25.02.2024, today(17.03.2025), when the matter was taken up for hearing, it is submitted that the order of this Court has been complied.

4. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision petition is allowed and the order dated 18.04.2015 passed in CMA No.3 of 2013 by the II Additional Sub Court, Dindigul, is set aside. No costs.
