J U D G M E N T

[Judgment of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge, dated 30.01.2017, passed in W.P.(MD) No.23973 of 2016.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the appellants, on instructions, submitted that the respondent / writ petitioner has already paid the deficit stamp duty as demanded by the competent authorities and the document has also been registered and released to him.

3. If at all the document has not been released sofar, the appellants are directed to release the document to the respondent immediately.
