ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) This review application has been filed to review the order dated 01.08.2017 passed by this Court in W.A(MD)No.476 of 2014. 2.

We see no merit in the review application. The Division Bench has only confirmed the order of the learned Single Judge who had in turn followed another judgment rendered in W.P(MD)No.8079 of 2006 which was complied with by the Government. Hence, we see no cause for review. The Review Application is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
