(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.One Chinna Pidaran filed W.P(MD)No.4444 of 2017 for directing the authorities to consider his representation for removal of the encroachments allegedly made by the review applicant herein. 3.The Division Bench which heard the matter disposed of the writ petition on 11.07.2017 with the following directions: "2. We direct the second respondent to consider and dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 20 January, 2017, on merits and as per 2/4

law, after issuing notice to the third respondent. Such exercise shall be completed, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order

3. The petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation dated 20, January, 2017, along with a copy of this order, so as to enable the said authority to dispose of the matter, within the time stipulated above." 4.The Division Bench had merely directed the District Collector, Madurai to take action on the writ petitioner's representation as per law. The merits of the matter were not gone into. Hence, we do not find any error apparent on the face of the record.

5.This Review Application stands dismissed. No costs.
