ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by a School Management challenging the order dated 17.08.2005 wherein the approval was not granted to the appointment of a teacher citing non-continuation of recognition. 2.Pending writ petition, the request of the petitioner management has been acceded to by the department by way of proceedings dated 19.09.2006, wherein approval has been granted to the appointment made by the School after continuing the recognition.
