Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.SIVABALAN, Advocate of M/S. ARAN LEGAL CONSULTANCY, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19194 of 2024 on 07.11.2024. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19194 of 2024 on 07.11.2024, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the condition has been complied with for the past 34 days.

4.
