2.It is seen from the records that this Court, by order dated 17.12.2024, had directed the Trial Court to complete the trial proceedings in Crl.M.PNo. 176 of 2023 in M.C.No.26 of 2020 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned Judge, Family Court, Sivagangai has sent a letter dated 27.05.2025, requesting to extend the time by four months to dispose of the case 3.Now, the learned Judge, Family Court, Sivagangai has sent a letter dated 18.09.2025, requesting to extend the time by four months to dispose of the case.

4.Considering the reasons assigned, the learned Judge, Family Court, Sivagangai is directed to dispose of the case in Crl.M.PNo.176 of 2023 in M.C.No.26 of 2020 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
