PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the complaint dated on 16.11.2024 to the 2nd respondent herein through Registered Post within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court For Petitioner : Mr.B.Jameel Arasu for Mr.S.Vinayak For Respondents : Mr.A.Thiruvadikumar Nos.1 and 2 Additional Public Prosecutor 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the complaint dated on 16.11.2024 to the second respondent herein through registered post within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court

2. The petitioner has sent representation to various authorities including the Inspector of Police, Woraiyur Police Station on 16.11.2024. The Inspector of Police, Woraiyur on receipt of complaint had called the petitioner to come for enquiry and submit the supporting documents but the petitioner failed to respond, hence the complaint received is kept pending.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the complainant would appear before the Inspector of Police, Woraiyur Police Station,Tiruchirapalli on 20.12.2024 along with supporting documents .

4. In view of the same the The Inspector of Police, Woraiyur on appearance of the complainant on 20.12.2024 to conduct enquiry and close the same within a period of two months from 20.12.2024.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
