ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to initiate appropriate action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of petitioner's complaint dated 11.07.2024 lodged before the first respondent herein which was forwarded to the second respondent herein within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner submitted a complaint to the second respondent on 11.07.2024, no action has been taken, hence the present petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that from the complaint it is seen that one Rahamathullah had misappropriated and cheated the petitioner to the tune of Rs.14,00,000/- and hence the District Crime Branch, Dindigul has to enquiry the said compliant.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions submitted that the petitioner will appear before the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul.

5. In view of the same, the Inspector of Police, District Crime Branch, Dindigul is directed to enquire into the complaint and dispose of the same within a period two months from the date of receipt of complaint from the petitioner.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
