This petition is filed to condone the delay of 285 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 to 4. Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 and 5, none appeared on their behalf. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to condone the delay of 285 days, however, on payment of costs.

4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench 2/3
